No, we are not affiliated with Ford Motor Company.
I need to return a part I have purchased from you. What is your return policy?
Our return policy is quite flexible. As long as the part is still in its original package and still in saleable condition we will take it back at 100% credit. Unfortunately though, we are unable to refund freight charges.
Are you able to drop ship a part to my customer?
Yes, we can. We will even fax you the invoice afterwards to simplify the billing process.
What freight companies do you use?
We use UPS and FedEx for most small parts. We also have accounts with Estes Express, Old Dominion and several other freight companies for the bigger parts. If you have an account with another carrier and would like to use them, just let us know.
Can I track my order online?
Unfortunately, online tracking is not available at this time; however, you may call or email us, and we will be happy to provide you with a tracking number.
Will you ship internationally?
Yes, we will ship anywhere in the world.
Can you ship my order COD?
No, we do not ship anything COD. However, all Ford, Lincoln-Mercury, Ford Heavy Truck, and Sterling dealers have open charge accounts.
For what vehicles do you carry parts for?
We have a huge invenotory of obsolete and current parts for all makes of Ford, Lincoln-Mercury, and Ford Heavy Truck.
Do you buy inventory?
Yes, we do buy inventory. In fact, 100% of our inventory comes from purchasing dealers idle stock.
How do you get your inventory?
We buy our inventory from dealerships looking to move their aging inventory. Buying inventory from dealers means that we have nothing but Ford OEM parts, no aftermarket or cheap imitations.
I need to send you a list of parts for review, what options do I have?
We have several options available. You may email it, send it by mail, or fax it to us, which ever is most convenient for you.
